great location and easy beach access
convenient location easy access quick service
we were close to everything. the beach was steps away. the staff quickly brought extra towels when we asked. our room had direct access to one of the pools. the longtail boat pier was very near and we took a day trip to the islands. we found the location central and convenient.
the breakfast area sometimes got crowded but there was always enough food.

Mixed experience near the beach
sewage odor no refund
The hotel location is undeniably great as it is close to the beach.
The room I got was not at all what I expected. I booked a poolside room, but ended up on the third floor (a big disappointment after traveling so far). Maintenance is clearly needed, and there was an unpleasant sewage odor present. the reception staff didn't refund the rate difference, honestly just bad business practice.

fantastic beachside retreat!
beach location good buffet helpful staff
i really liked the location right across from the beach. the breakfast buffet had a good selection, very satisfying! the pool was also a great feature. i appreciated having a nice space to relax after a day out. the staff were very helpful with directions and local tips too.
the water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger.

There are two swimming pools available . One is on the ground floor and another is on the first floor! the hotel provides assistance with parking, especially when there is limited space.

The reception staff gave excellent recommendations for a massage boutique. This was a great alternative to a typical thai massage salon. the hotel staff were very helpful and also friendly.

great location beach access many varieties
The hotel has a great beachfront location! It made accessing the sand and sea easy. Breakfast included many varieties of foods! Staff helped with parking, which I very much appreciated.
